The units are updated, fully renovated.

The breakfast was particularly good, the check in was quick. We had a double room with awesome views. The location was central, ideal in an area that's easy to get around.

I loved this old-fashioned hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. Overall it was well laid out with 2 double beds. The breakfast had a wide array of brilliant options, and was fresh made. The location in a relatively quiet area was good and easy and there were a shopping centre and gift shops nearby...

A double room with a patio and the bathroom, for instance accommodated us perfectly.

We got a double room with 2 queen bed and loved it. This hotel was set in a central area close enough to Santa Monica, the carriageway and airport. We could drink something at Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse, located 1 mi away.

Great service, parking outside.

The outdoor pool was perfect. The spacious room had a cozy corner with an armchair for curling up with a book. The location was great.

Valet parking was mandatory and sometimes slow.

Loves it all, only drawback was lack of hot water.

Lack of hot water, lukewarm showers at best.

Pool is purely maintained. Needs replacement of broken tiles. Tiles above water level covered with scum - yuk! Plant hedges or build a noise wall to reduce noise from Freeway. Should have free public parking.

The staff was really good, particularly with the seamless check-in process and their attentiveness during meals at the onsite restaurant. The location was strategic for business, being close to key meeting venues and easily accessible from the airport.

Valet parking was mandatory and occasionally slow.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good late night/early morninig yv programing. Water still hot qt 11am.

Didn't stay in room enough to use hotel services.

The Premier King Room was spacious and had great amenities. The bed was super comfortable. I also loved the in-room fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. Not a big deal though. The room was well-kept and had a nice clean vibe.

The bathroom was clogged.

The room was not up to standard , there were no curtains on the window so woke up at dawn . Parking should be included in price of the rooom

location was good: close to LAX airport and LA center and S. Monica.

Breakfast is too expensive. Compare: Denny's breakfast was half the price for the same. Denny's is about 10 min. walk behind the pharmacy/supermarket.
